We offer free shipping on all orders $70+ in the U.S.

🚛 We have several shipping options available at checkout. Delivery times are determined by the carrier once your order has been shipped.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select an eligible shipping method at checkout (economy). Transit times may vary.

3. Your order is shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, your shipping method and address cannot be modified. If a change is needed, you will need to cancel and reorder within 4 hours of your initial order.

Please monitor your shipment closely. Our products are made with high-quality raw ingredients that may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. To protect their quality, avoid leaving packages in mailboxes or exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.

Return/Refund/Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that all sales are final.

Perishable items and undergarments cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All merchandise must be in its original condition to be eligible for review.

Q: Are gift boxes, baskets, bags, or cards included with my order?

A: No — these items are not automatically included.
They are displayed to help inspire your gifting experience and show how items can be beautifully arranged when you choose to add packaging.

To include a gift box, basket, bag, or card, please visit the Build Your Own Gift Box/Basket section and follow the steps to customize your order.

If most or all of your selected items do not fit inside the chosen packaging, we will package them separately with care.

Q: Can I contact you for custom orders?

A: At this time, we are not accepting custom orders.
Custom order access is reserved exclusively for customers who have reached Platinum status through our Love & Loyalty Rewards Program.

If you’d like early access to perks like this, we invite you to sign up for the program and start earning points toward Platinum status.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: No. Love Bomb Gifts does not offer gift wrapping at this time. Every order is packaged neatly and securely, but full gift‑wrapping services are not available.

Q: Can I add a personalized note to my order?

A: No. Love Bomb Gifts does not offer handwritten or personalized notes at this time.This is something we’re exploring for the near future as we continue to grow.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: No. At this time, I do not ship internationally.
Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
